Grace began by the Providence of God as a result of Hurricane Harvey's massive flooding which cause Central Baptist Church of Port Arthur to look for a new home. Friendship Baptist Church of Groves opened their doors and welcomed Central to use their facilities; but in a short time, it seemed best, by God's grace, for the two congregations to join together and make one that would be known as Grace Baptist Church. After prayer and much work, Grace was constituted on July 7, 2019 and Central and Friendship were dissolved. We are now 'the rest of the story' that God is writing.
